CoSTUME NATIONAL (“CN”, hereafter) has announced that it will present for the first time in Japan Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale Car No. 2 in Tokyo. Only No. 2 has the interior designed with the collaboration from Ennio Capasa, chief designer of CN.

Nine cars of TZ3 Stradale were produced to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo, distinguished Italian car manufacturer based in Milan, Italy, and the 90th anniversary of Zagato, prestigious carrozzeria also based in Milan. It was developed as the modern version of TZ1 and TZ2, the historical Italian racing sport cars produced under the collaboration of these two companies in the 1960s and 70s. The coda-tronca rear shape of TZ3 took after the predecessors, but TZ3 has the modern world top class 8.4 litter V10 engine with 608ps/77.5kgm.

No. 2 Car of TZ3 Stradale has many unique points that the other eight TZ3 cars do not have. The most symbolic differences is its interior designed by Ennio Capasa. It is a fusion of the traditional Alfa Romeo and the CN minimalism. Together with No. 2’s one-off special aluminum parts and genuine leather seats, the car became luxurious and totally different from the base car.

While CN is regarded as an edgy chic and authentic brand, it has been introducing most advanced manufacturing technologies as pioneer. The car is a product of the resonance among Zagato, Alfa Romeo and CN, which pursues high levels of functionability and advanced technologies to create simple beautifulness and elegance with no excess decorations. The car is a miracle.
